Too bad the instructions are impossible to carry out.

How to Place Your Bets
- Cover the roulette board with 17 chips on the splits, play for 2 spins, after you are done, move onto another table and repeat.
Tips
- If you are playing at a real casino, find out which 2 numbers are appearing the least and place your splits around them.
- If you are going to use this strategy online, play for no more than 3 spins, close the software and reload it. Play again for 3 spins close it and repeat. This eliminates any potential unlucky numbers and streaks.”

You will be placing a split bet on 17 sets of numbers. That leaves the zero and two other numbers uncovered. If the balls lands on one of those numbers you lose $17. However, if the ball lands on one of the numbers you do have covered, you will lose 16 bets for a total of $16 and win one bet and get $17. That leaves you a profit of $1.
If you could never lose a bet this would be a sure fire way to win money, $1 at a time. However, eventually the ball will land on the numbers you do not have covered and you’ll lose $17 on that spin.
Assuming the game software is honest, for online games you are dealing strictly with the math. Over the long run each number is supposed to win an equal number of times. Since there are 37 possible choices and you are covering 34 numbers at a time, on the average you should expect to win 34 times and lose 3 times.
Another name for this type of system is the “All But Three Roulette System”. The bets are different, but the situation is the same. There are 3 numbers left uncovered in some arrangement.
On average therefore, you would lose 3 times @ 17, which is equal to $51. On average you would also win 34 times @ $1, which is equal to $34. Thus, you would lose a net of $17.
You may win in the long run, but over time you would lose - if the software is honest.
As for land based casinos, the math is the same. But there you would supposedly be encountering some defect with the wheel that causes it not to land on certain numbers. That is the only situation where you would expect to win, in the long run!
